It all starts with a stock image

The photo then gets cleaned up by removing any unwanted elements
The image gets placed into a 3D rendering software. New products or effects get added as required
Lighting and environments get adjusted to add realism to the incoming additions
Highlight, lowlight, and neutral light images get rendered out

Images get overlaid in photoshop followed by overall image editing
